RCOactivated carbon adsorption catalytic combustion device, used to treat volatile organic compounds (VOCs); designed by two basic principles of adsorption and catalytic combustion. A catalytic combustion chamber and several adsorption beds are used alternately. Organic waste gas is adsorbed by active carbon layer, and after adsorption saturation, hot air flow is adopted to desorb and regenerate active carbon;desorbed organic matter is sent to catalytic combustion chamber for catalytic combustion into carbon dioxide and water vapor to be discharged.
Honeycomb ceramic noble metal catalyst is used in catalytic combustion chamber, and the reaction temperature of combustion chamber is 200-300DEG C.
The gas after catalytic combustion is sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for purification, which does not require external energy and has low operating cost.
In order to preventcatalyst poisoning, it is necessary to design an ideal scheme according to actual combat experience, and select different catalysts and catalytic combustion equipment according to different VOCs exhaust gases.
